    Service Delivery Timeline

    • Project Kickoff: Once the contract is signed and initial payment is received, we will begin the onboarding process within 7 business days. This includes gathering all necessary information, account access, and initial strategy discussions.

    • Content Calendar: A content calendar will be developed and shared with you within 7 days of project kickoff. This calendar will outline the schedule for posts, campaigns, and other social media activities.

    • Regular Updates: We will deliver content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for your approval according to the agreed-upon content calendar. Delivery times will vary based on the complexity and volume of content.

    • Campaigns and Promotions: Special campaigns, promotions, or time-sensitive content will be delivered and scheduled according to the specific timelines discussed during our strategy sessions.

    Changes to Delivery Schedule

    • Amendments: Any changes to the agreed-upon delivery schedule or content calendar will be communicated in advance and mutually agreed upon.

    • Unforeseen Delays: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, platform outages), we will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
